Location was perfect to the downtown core 10 minute walk which is why we booked this spot actually. Very quiet lovely neighborhood, room was tidy good size comfortable and amenities were great. Small refrigerator, coffee kuerig, clean linens and warm very comfortable. Our host Doreen was very pleasant.
☹ We were disappointed in the lack of christmas decor. At a minimum we thought one of the lounges would be decorated as the town itself was quite pretty. all in all a very good stay.

☺ The location is excellent! Easy walking distance to the theater and lovely downtown! The hostess is extremely helpful and accommodating! A cozy atmosphere and access to several comfortable rooms (and fireplace!)

We had a wonderful stay at Blairpen House. Doreen’s warm welcome and stories about the inn made us feel right at home. The rooms were charming and comfortable, with inviting sitting areas including a cozy fireplace. Perfectly located just steps from Queen Street and the Shaw Festival Theatre—an ideal spot in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and all rooms have access to a balcony or patio looking into the lovely gardens. Excellent service including European breakfast with homemade breads and yogurt. Festival theater is SO close and it's an easy walk into town. Nice common parlor areas for indoor socializing. Already booked our next stay. NOTL is full of cute shops and restaurants. Wonderful getaway.
UPDATE: second stay was equally enjoyable. Came to see White Christmas at Shaw. Cold outside but warm and cozy inside. Lovely experience. Highly recommend.
OUr stay at the Blairpen Inn was great! Room was well appointed with everything we needed, with comfy bed and pillows, clean and updated bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices for all diets. Close to town to walk to restaurants and shopping. 20min drive from Niagara Falls along the beautiful river. Thanks for a great stay!
BLAIRPEN inn was a wonderful place to stay. Room was clean and just what we were looking for. The hospitality upon our arrival and for the duration of our stay, truly added to our experience. Doreen you are so amazing, your attention to us made it feel more personal and friendly as we celebrated our anniversary. Thank you again for the special “bubbly” surprise too! I would totally recommend staying here, it’s a true gem.
