These boys are the only ones who didn't sound desparate and pressure me into something I didn't want to do. They explained how the process worked, honestly. They have now become friends, and I was sad to see them go. They've been invited to neighborhood gatherings. The roof looks great! And my cooling bill is lower!

Blackstone was recommended by a friend to inspect my roof after a severe thunderstorm. Bryce came and did an initial inspection and educated me on the process for filing a claim. Bryce is very knowledgeable about roof repair/replacement and how insurance companies process claims and how adjustors do their work. Bryce also volunteered to be present when the insurance adjustor came to do the claim which I believe expedited my roof replacement. Other people in the neighborhood who had roof damage took 3-5 days longer than my roof replacement, due to Bryce's experience My old roof was removed and replaced in one day. This included removing and reinstalling the air conditioner. The installation crew were very conscientious about protecting my property and making sure no nails were present after completion of the job. Blackstone Roofing and Bryce made my roof replacement experience painless and pleasurable.

I’ve dealt with plenty of contractors in my day, but Mitch and the crew at Blackstone Roofing Group really impressed me. When my roof got damaged, I had a few different companies come out and tell me I was out of luck because my insurance had already denied my claim. Then I met Mitch. He was friendly, professional, and actually listened to my situation. He told me not to give up, and sure enough, he worked directly with my insurance company and got them to replace my entire roof and my gutters! Thank you Mitch and thank you Blackstone!
