Black Label Events were absolutely fantastic to deal with from their sales to delivery. Lara in sales was so helpful and patient and provided such great advice. The delivery team were exceptional setting up the for the party. They were also very prompt in collecting the tables and chairs after the party. The chairs we hired were absolutely stunning and made the event look stunning. This company were brilliant and I would absolutely use them again. Cost effect, great service and exceptional products. We hired tables, chairs, a wedding cake table, and bar tables, and every item was of excellent quality. Delivery and collection were perfectly on time, exactly as arranged, which gave us such peace of mind during a very important event. A very special mention to Lara, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was efficient, thoughtful, and went above and beyond, especially when she called the day before the wedding after noticing the forecasted rain, just to ensure we had everything we needed in case of bad weather. Dealing with Lara at Black Label Events in the lead up to the wedding was an absolute delight. She was so organised, so lovely .. and so honest when we overpaid the deposit she let me know immediately. My daughter & son-in-law’s wedding for 150 people was at Postal Hall at Como Treasury in Perth with guests seated on Black Label’s beautiful Ghost chairs - it looked totally amazing and the whole exercise was seamless, they were highly professional.
