The laundromat forget getting a refund on there equipment if it doesn't work, I put in 75 cents my last 75cents in the dryer and it didn't start, I went over and told him they said they can't do notthing about it he said he'll be over to take a look at it, 20 minutes later notthing so I went over and mentioned it again he said later when I'm not busy, yet he wasn't busy when I went in there just talking and laughing with his co worker.. mind u they did nothing, I left with a wet blanket because I had no more money.. and they couldn't help in any way..

I’ve come by this spot a few times now, and honestly it’s been the same issue every time. They’ve been out of hot food on all four of my visits. I get that things run out sometimes, but at this point it feels like a pattern.
The staff have always been nice, so no complaints there, but it’s hard to keep coming back when the main thing I’m there for isn’t available. I really wanted to like this place, but it’s been a letdown so far.

A young woman with long brown hair reset the pumps(that's what she said, but another employee says the system went down) after 5 PM when there were several customers trying to get gas that were just passing through Payson and told everyone it would be 15 minutes and it's been well over 15 minutes. Right after that, a bunch of people came up on their bicycles and on foot smoking and exercising right in front of the doors to get inside. The whole thing is completely bizarre but clearly they're fine with losing money. The employee was acting unprofessional about my mother having to use the restroom while we were waiting to get gas. The male employee who said he would be there until 10 o'clock tonight said he didn't know the name of the female employee he was working with. LOL. I understand why Michelle has to be here so much of the time.

Been here multiple times, and no matter if I’m the only one in the place or multiple people the manager is complaining or ranting about something political. All the other cashiers have been polite.

One of the most convenient gas station, fried chicken, Landry mat spot in all of show low az. An all at reasonable pricing most of the time
