We took delivery of our Monaco 2 hot tub and air pump just over five weeks ago and have to say how pleased we are with the whole experience.
Initially, the dealings with Jake going through the sales process and delivery arrangements were clear and succinct.
On delivery day Jamie L and Jamie T arrived on time as promised, installed the air pump and tub quickly and then proceeded to give us detailed instructions on best use of the tub. Could not fault these guys, top class.
Enjoyment we’ve had since has more than lived up to our expectations. (Our friends and relatives too!).
We did our homework beforehand and to us it was clear Black Diamond was the best option. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys going forward.
Ordered my hot tub for a specified delivery date to give me time to get the location prepped. Ordering was easy and communication has been great, Olli contacted me a week prior to delivery to say for a small additional amount, there was a better spec hot tub that had just been reduced and asked if id be interested. It was a no brainer once we saw the hot tub, it was a great price. We took delivery of the Hawaii hot tub in canyon black yesterday, what a beauty! Ant & Jamie the delivery guys were great, called the day before to let me know delivery window, turned up bang on time and got the hot tub in place quickly.
Really pleased with everything from initial ordering, to delivery and set up. Fantastic looking hot tub we cannot wait to spend time in - especially on a rainy day! Thanks again

Bought our first hot tub from here and the whole process has been quick, easy and painless. They are easy to get hold of to answer any questions and there is a wealth of information on the website around the setting up and running of a hot tub which is very helpful if you haven’t owned one before. Delivery was handled well even though I had very little in the way of access to where I wanted it installing. Jamie was great in getting it set up and showing us how it all worked.

We have to say that Blackdiamondspas were fantastic from the very beginning. The website is so well laid out and easy to navigate. The prices were very fair and all the hot tubs looked top quality. After the online purchase their communication was excellent. They make sure that they have all the necessary information from you before delivery. Because of that the delivery and installation was flawless. We have loved it since day one and have big smiles every time we get in it. The hot tub is very easy to use and care for.

Great service, amazing product absolutely love it.
One slightly disappointing factor is they want to charge you £30 to take the packaging away.

We ordered a 6 person tub, after Loads of research, choose the black diamond. Very helpful from start to finish, the installation went well. There was one small issue with the speakers, but again they came and replaced. Well done 👏 keep up the good work.

After a bit of a struggle getting the hot tub to where it needed to be located the technicians (Jamie & Jamie) managed to find a way round it which made their job harder but they were still happy to carry on even with the heat. After installation good instructions on how to use the hot tub and keep it cleaned etc was given to me. Couldn’t of asked for better installation, very pleased 10/10

We couldn't be happier with our hot tub from Black Diamond Spas. It looks fantastic, is really easy to keep clean, and has a sleek, stylish design that looks great.
The air source heat pump has been a game changer too. It heats the hot tub incredibly quickly. It's also very easy to use and maintain.
One of our favourite features is the built in ice bucket - perfect for keeping a bottle of champagne chilled while we can relax in the hot tub. Such a clever and luxurious touch.
A special thank to Ant and Jamie , who installed it for us back in July. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and efficient, and did a fantastic job with the installation.
We've been really impressed with both the quality and the service from Black Diamond Spas.

I recently took delivery of an Arizona Hot Tub in Odyssey finish from Black Diamond Spas. The delivery involved the use of the companies lorry crane to lift the hot tub over a wall, which was the only access possible. The delivery was extremely well executed and the hot tub wired in and set up without issue. Thank for proving a great product at a reasonable price and for the great customer service.
