Best thing I've ever bought I've had this hot tub about 3 years now, I'm in it nearly every day summer to winter even to -5 degree's.its awesome to see the stars and even the odd meteor shower. The team at black diamond spas are very professional and have lots of advice and I've had it serviced twice which is well worth it We also have the air source heat pump it saves money is very quiet and looks cool. Thanks black diamond spas Very happy with another complete service from Terry at black diamond spas. Terry does an excellent job very thorough considerate and with a smile. Great job everyone.

Wow ! Where do I start with this review...the process of purchasing a hot tub through Black Diamond Spas has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish ! Jake in the office has been so very helpful, giving great advice when needed and also was able to overcome ANY problems that I encountered during preparing for the installation. On the day of installation, Jake had arranged a crane to lift the tub over my property. Everyone was on site by 10am...which was amazing as im about a four hour drive away from Black Diamond Spas. Arron And Andy were the Installers from Black Diamond,they quickly took charge of the situation and in no time at all the hot tub was in place and connected to the 32amp feed. It was very clear to see how experienced they were and I must say that they went above and beyond to ensure absolutely everything was perfect. They took as much time as was needed to explain how the hut tub works, maintenance and using the chemicals. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Massive thanks to all the team at Black Diamond Spas.....I would highly recommend you to everybody!!

Had my hot tub delivered and fitted today by James and Arron, they arrived when they said they would, they went above and beyond to make sure the tub was fitted exactly where I wanted it and didn’t leave until they had run through all the instructions with me and answered all my questions, great lads and great experience with the company, would definitely recommend them

A great service from Black Diamond spa's, the staff team were very helpful in assisting me on what hottub would be suitable for my family and amount of space i had available. Thanks to Jake and Scott. The delivery lads were very good, set up went very smooth, they ran me through the controls and chemicals once my hottub was all set up. I was in my tub the same day. Thanks Arran and Andy, i would definitely recommend Black Diamond Spa's, I'm very happy with my purchase the thermals jadeite, it looks very smart in my garden too.

Excellent hot tub service by Arron as usual. Efficient, friendly and left everything clean and today.

Amazing service, completed the installation and gave us a run through of how the tub worked. Was ready for our first use that evening. The installation team were friendly and even reattached the fence I’d taken down to give them access.

Highley reccomended ,1st class service, my technician terry was a very nice bloke,and did a great job, hot tub looks like new again, thanks again for your service.
