Justin was AMAZING!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I left something behind at the hotel, causing a delay of about an hour - and I was very worried I would miss the flight - but he was a hero, completely calm & kind - and with his wonderful driving he still got me to the airport in perfect time. I cannot thank you enough Justin - I’m so grateful and cannot recommend more highly.

I highly recommend Black Car Transport and Taxi Services! Our driver, Sergio provided 5-star transportation from the moment he picked us up at our home in Pachamama all the way to Nicaragua and back with many stops along the way to shop. Sergio’s knowledge of places to eat in Liberia is excellent and provided us with great food and comfortable well-staffed locations to enjoy meals. From the best little ice cream store to Starbucks as well as short cuts that not only saved time but allowed us to enjoy glimpses of Costa Rica that you can’t see from the main road, I enjoyed every minute of our trip. As for the black car, for this disabled senior it was a perfect blend of comfort, assistance and communication. The ride included Wi-Fi, wonderful music, and lots of conversation, including Sergio’s knowledge of local plants and sites along our route. Not only do I recommend Black Car Transport and Taxi Service, I plan on making Black Car and Sergio my go to for local and long-distance travel that is safe, reliable, and comfortable. Una pura experiencia local, el amanecer y ver a los bebés salir de sus nidos enterrados y la capacidad de estar de cerca para mi tortuga marina amante de 8 años de edad. También estaba el hijo de los guías que tenía su edad y me di cuenta de que miró a él para mostrarle el camino. Ella fue capaz de ser manos a la obra para salvar a algunos. La deliciosa fruta y el agua después de hacer una 4 am despertar vale la pena cada segundo. , la atención al detalle y hacerte sentir cómodo. Black Car Transport & Taxi Services: ☆From the airport, the shuttle was on time and the driver was waiting at the airport door. The driver was very professional and friendly and drove safely all the way to destination. Water was provided at the beginning of the 2+ hours trip to get to destination. No snacks were offered on board the shuttle. The driver had to make a stop at my request, so I could get a pack of chips that he offered to pay. ☆To the owners of Black Car Transport: If you put an ad that says there will be snacks on board the shuttle, then there should be a variety of snacks to choose from. It's the least the company can do for its clients, considering the price we have to pay for a round trip that lasts 2+ hours. Otherwise, don't write it on your ad and your clients will have to get their own food and drinks. The trip to come back was with the same driver and he was friendly, drove in a safely manner and got me to the airport on time. The resort I was at gave me food and coconut water so I didn't have to ask for anything during my travel back to the airport. ☆Thanks to Enrique: You took us to the beach twice and were as friendly and professional to all of us as you were to me going to and from HDS. ☆Muchas gracias amigo, te lo agradezco mucho. Ida y vuelta desde el aeropuerto a San Juanillo. A pocos pasos de la playa...
Transporte de coche negro: ☆Desde el aeropuerto, el servicio de transporte llegó a tiempo y el conductor estaba esperando en la puerta del aeropuerto. El conductor era muy profesional y amable y condujo con seguridad hasta el destino. Se proporcionó agua al comienzo del viaje de 2 + horas para llegar a destino. No se ofrecieron aperitivos a bordo del transbordador. El conductor tuvo que hacer una parada a petición mía, para que pudiera conseguir un paquete de fichas que me ofreció pagar. Si pones un anuncio que diga que habrá bocadillos a bordo del transbordador, entonces debe haber una variedad de bocadillos para elegir. Es lo menos que la empresa puede hacer por sus clientes, teniendo en cuenta el precio que tenemos que pagar por un viaje de ida y vuelta que dura más de 2 horas. De lo contrario, no lo escribas en tu anuncio y tus clientes tendrán que obtener sus propios alimentos y bebidas. El viaje para volver fue con el mismo conductor y él era amable, condujo de manera segura y me llevó al aeropuerto a tiempo. El resort en el que estuve me dio comida y agua de coco para no tener que pedir nada durante mi viaje de regreso al aeropuerto. Nos llevaste a la playa dos veces y fuiste tan amable y profesional con todos nosotros como lo fuiste conmigo yendo y viniendo de HDS. Nos vemos la próxima vez.
Black Car Transport handled all my airport transfers through the surf camp I was staying at, and they made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless.
My original flight got canceled and I ended up arriving 24 hours later than planned. They stay on top of flight reports, so they were already aware of the changes, plus the surf camp communicated with them directly. No extra charges, no hassle - they just adjusted everything and were there when I actually landed.
The drive from SJO to Nosara is about 4-5 hours, and my driver was genuinely great company. He patiently answered all my questions about Costa Rica, Nosara, the culture, the people - it was so interesting and really helped me get oriented. You can tell he knows the area well and enjoys sharing it.
The car was modern and clean, and the driving was very safe, which I appreciated since there are still short sections of dirt roads. He navigated everything smoothly and I felt completely comfortable the whole time.
It's those little things that make a difference when you're traveling solo - professional service with genuine warmth. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone heading to the Nosara area.

I can’t say enough good things about Black Car Transport! Sergio and Justin have built something really special, and I’m rooting for their success every step of the way. Their WhatsApp communication? Spot‑on. We’ve used them at least six times—and they’ve been punctual every single time (usually early!). When we had an emergency and needed to get back to Liberia, they didn’t just come through—they called the airport multiple times to help us out.
