Talked to a few realtors before meeting Jackson and I immediately knew I'd be buying a house through him. Met him around the time the housing market was going crazy and after standing in a very long line for an open house (the line was all the way to the end of the col de sac).

Jackson is an absolute nightmare. He acts like he’s a professional but he’s actually a criminal. I rented a “separate” unit from landlords that lived on property which turned out to be a basement. They set me up. They knew the “included” utilities were only in the main house and they used that to their advantage when I didn’t do what they wanted me to do. Spider infestation, lied about the unit, 6 people living upstairs with a baby!, and illegal activity to follow. They turned off my AC and internet from Jackson’s advisement and got the police called on them 8 times. Restraining order was granted against these people. I gave my 30-day notice after complaining about the unit from day one. I only lived there for 5 weeks before filing a lawsuit against them. Then Jackson retaliated and filed eviction. The eviction case was dismissed within 2 mins of the start of the hearing. Even the Judge could see right through him. He was hiding from the police to avoid getting served. He’s a joke and a criminal. My advice to other renters is to run! My advice to him, good luck! Someone might be going to jail soon.
