Recommended them to one of my good friends they were having a roof leak. They showed up same day and went over all possible options for my friend. They ended up going with a new roof and they were able to come out three days later based off of their schedule and got all work done no problems. They are very professional and cleaned up very well which surprised me because I’ve had other contractors leave a mess. I would highly recommend them to anybody because they seem like they know the roofing business.
The storms got us recently. All of the wind did some damage to our roof. We were recommended Black Bear and I'm glad. They were super nice to deal with from start to finish, and got us fixed with very little stress. We're definitely going to talk to them when we need something else.
I just had a roof repair completed, and could not have been happier with the repair and the service. I was blown off by the roofer that actually did this roof years ago, but Black Bear was super easy and pleasant to get a hold of, and Cayden was wonderful to talk to, as he explained the different repair possibilities. They just finished the repair, and a super fair price. I would recommend them to anyone!

I live in Columbus and own a rental property in Springfield which needs repair work from time to time.
After so many negative experiences with Springfield area businesses, trying to get work done, I finally had a most positive experience with Black Bear. They were so easy to do business with! After requesting an estimate, they were right on it. Communication was on point through email, text, and phone. Their price was a little more than a previous estimate I received from another business, who never got back with me after saying they would do it, but the quality and promptness Black Bear provided was so worth it! All the associates I communicated with were friendly and honest, and proved to be trustworthy. I do have more work that needs to be done that I'll have to wait for, and I'll definitely consider Black Bear when the time comes!

Black Bear is the ONLY way to go!!! If you need a new roof or windows, I can’t recommend enough! Not only did they answer every question we had and helped us feel confident in the product and the company, but they went the extra mile in everything they did! The ProVia windows they recommended and installed are a huge upgrade! We love the updated look on the interior and exterior! We have gotten so many compliments! The quality is incredible… not only do we feel a difference in how these keep our home cool in the summer and warmer in these colder months, but the lack of noise from the neighborhood and the road has been the biggest thing we have noticed!
