Bismark and Rommel did an excellent job. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted, with great attention to detail and a clean finish. I highly recommend them, thanks to Jacky’s vision regarding colors and finishes, and Soto’s professionalism—he kept me constantly informed and explained every step of the process in detail.

I had an excellent experience with Gerardo Soto, Rommell and his team. From start to finish, everything was handled with honesty and professionalism. You can truly tell this is a family-run business—they treat your home like it’s their own. Even my dog LOVES this crew! Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. His flooring team was able to finish the job expeditiously so I could surprise my family with our new home with new flooring! The tile team went above and beyond making custom marble tile I selected work in a guest bathroom after numerous issues that occurred with a third party specialty tile vendor I chose. Highly recommend BK to anyone looking for flooring done right and to be treated like family throughout the process.

I needed help with removing 25 year old carpet and padding that had “melted” to the hardwoods underneath. After being ghosted by another company, i came across BK Flooring. I received a call the day I reached out for an estimate. Kenny came the very next day and provided a quote which met our expectations. As soon as I gave the thumbs up, they were here within a week. The crew was on time, worked hard, and were very nice. Kenny came each day to check on the progress of the floor and was always available. The results were absolutely astounding and better than we expected. We cannot recommend Kenny and BK Flooring enough. They took a floor that looked like it had been covered in tar and made it look brand new. We are very thrilled.
Edited to add that we have used BK Flooring two additional times. They helped us with our carpet needs. Spectacular job. It was easy to pick out what color we needed. They had it installed in just a few hours. They are the best!
We used them to redo flooring in a home being place on the market. It was a big job, but it was done in under a few days. The new floors were a big hit with sellers. There is no one better than BK Flooring. Wholeheartedly recommend them.
