I walked into their beautiful and clean flower shop looking to buy all pink roses arrangements to gift to a friend on her birthday, and they immediately were able to give me ideas and showed me samples. They provided great customer service, and provided good quality and beautiful fresh roses and delivered on a scheduled time. And they delivered. Exceptional Service and Stunning Flowers! I called Bixby Knolls Flowers for a last-minute birthday delivery, and they absolutely delivered! In less than 30 minutes, the flowers were at the recipient’s door. Rennie took my order over the phone, asked about the occasion, and assured me of my satisfaction. I left the arrangement choice entirely up to them, and they sent the Magical in Blue arrangement for $90—the vase alone is worth $25! This would’ve easily been $200+ at any other florist. To top it off, I received a follow-up call to ensure everything was perfect, something no florist has ever done before. Outstanding service and value. Highly recommend!

I wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Renni for helping me cheer up my wife during a tough time. We lost our family dog "Raisin" to cancer, and these past couple weeks have been tough. I really wanted to cheer up my wife and get her something special. I called up Bixby Knolls Flowers on the way to work and spoke with Renni. I explained what was going on, Renni was very compassionate and said she has gone through that loss before too. She offered to make my wife an extra special flower arrangement that would do the job. I picked up at 430pm and was home to surprise my wife. She loved the flowers and was very happy! It helped pick up her spirit and that was the goal :) Thank you

I was looking to send a lady friend of mine some flowers 💐 in the Long Beach area and found BNF on the internet today and what a great find it was.. Rennie asked what was the occasion and then helped me put together a perfect bouquet and actually help me word the card as well. Better than I ever could have.. Since this is all new to me again.. Most of all I felt comfortable and felt like she had my best interest at heart.. I will be using BNF for all my future floral needs.. I would give 6 stars if I could.. Thanks again BNF Front
