My dentist here is generally good, but the hygienists and another dentist I had here were variable.
Recently they increased their prices significantly above the 2025 Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide so even with two insurances patients are no longer covered and are required to pay out of pocket.
There are plenty of good dentists in the neighborhood that adhere to the Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide. I recommend any of them.

The decision to raise our fees was a tough one, and we explored many options to avoid it. After careful consideration of staff salaries, rising supply costs, and the overall expenses required to maintain safe, high-quality care, we ultimately had to make adjustments to continue delivering the level of dentistry our patients deserve. We did make sure to give patients a heads-up about these changes so there would be no surprises.

I don't know where to begin. This location is more than an office where you get your teeth "done". From the owners, to management, the hygienists, the front and back staff. Everyone is phenomenal. You feel like you're in a community of care, integrity and respect. The skill and precision is beyond exceptional. They're like really good friends. Makes me wonder about their office parties 🤔🤣
In all seriousness, thank you for taking care of me. You do things that are probably out of your scope and it is not lost on me. Im eternally grateful and excited to see all of you everytime I walk through your doors.

Dr. Whitaker was very thorough in our consultation. Her advanced knowledge in airways and orthodontics made me very confident in moving forward with treatment for my daughter. I love that we are focused on treating more than just straight teeth. I’d highly recommend Dr. Whitaker for an ortho consult!

Only good things to say about the St Clair West location. Bright and spacious location. Welcoming vibe! Very clean & nice scent (not sure what essential oil blend they use but smells good! ). Staff is friendly and helpful. Dentist I’ve been to is great as are the hygienists. Most recently I saw Keyla and she was very patient & kind. Very easy to book appts online or by calling in. Very accommodating and understanding if you have anxiety with dental treatments for whatever reason.

My daughter (4 yo) had a great check up the other day at Bitehaus! She felt nervous at first and the hygienist was playful and engaging to help her feel more comfortable. So happy (as always) with the care we receive at Bitehaus!
