We are not able to match this review to a Bite Back customer account, but this is an important topic and one we address openly. Bite Back does not use harsh synthetic pesticides, and our service is not designed to “spray everything” or kill all bugs. Our treatments are targeted to the areas where mosquitoes and ticks actually live and hide, such as shaded wood lines, brush edges, fence lines, dense landscaping, and under decks.
We also avoid directly treating flowering plants where pollinators are actively feeding whenever possible. Responsible mosquito and tick control is about the product used, the placement, the dose, and the application method.
