The team came out and fixed ducts with broken straps and patched some issues with unprotected holes through fire walls. The team was easy to work with and cleaned up properly after themselves. No complaints. The price was appropriate for the work that was needed. I never felt the quite was too high: no game playing.
Preston has come through for us fixing the units at our business several times. We inherited some old units with many issues and we’ve had several companies out over the years. Preston was able to save us money compared to quotes from other companies and was the first to really identify the issue and find a real fix. He was always able to come out within a day and was honest and professional.
Preston has been so helpful anytime we have called him . He has come out immediately each time we needed service We have a newer system that we unfortunately did not originally purchase through bishops, but wish i had known about him before. He is knowledgable and honest. I would recommend him to anyone.
Preston came out within 2 hours to check out our heater, which was blowing cold air. He checked it out and got it working by cleaning the flame sensor and unclogging the condenser drain. He pointed out some issues that will need to be addressed sooner rather than later( the system is 17 years old), but no pressure sales tactics to buy a new system. Would definitely recommend!
Third Time is a charm and this contractor really delivers. Beautiful job, excellent service and unit up and running like a well oiled machine. I have nothing but praise for This Team. Had a great experience with Bishop's HVAC. They were able to come out quickly, took their time to properly check the issue, and resolved the heater problem the same day. Everything has been working great since.
After dealing with another company that rushed the diagnosis and pushed an expensive repair, it was a huge relief to work with a company that was professional, thorough, and honest. Communication was solid and the process was smooth from start to finish.
I'll definitely be using Bishop's HVAC again and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable service.
Simply Awesome!! Preston came to save the day, after numerous other attempts have failed from other vendors he fixed an issue. He is super knowledgeable and his customer service was fantastic. I am so relieved to up and running, Thank you so much Preston to the rescue. My only regret was that I did not find him earlier to do my initial install.

Simply wow, he came and fixed my initial installers mess up. He was referred by a friend who was so happy with the service they received . The house had absolutely no heat on short notice he had our issue resolved and fixed and got us up and running. Preston has skills using his troubleshooting skills for this complex issue you know he knows his business inside and out. I am so happy we have a new superman who saved the holidays. Preston is the guy to call my only regrets is not finding him prior to the initial install. Preston is the most valuable person to know his prices were reasonable but service far exceeds expectations. Simply amazing!!!
Preston is very professional and easy to talk and work with. He was honest and helpful and diagnosed the heater problem and educated me on the process. He offered me a fair and competitive quote to repair the heater (inducer fan) as a 2nd opinion from a prior quote. I asked for a quote to replace the whole HVAC unit and decided to go that route since my unit is 19 years old. Within 2 days his crew came and replace my old Carrier unit with a new Daikin 5 ton unit for under 18k with rebates. I would recommend my family to this business for the responsiveness, honesty and professionalism. Thank you Preston.

My AC stopped working after a recent power surge, so I searched online for a reliable HVAC company that wouldn’t try and sell me on stuff I didn’t need and could trust. BISHOP HVAC to the rescue! Got us out of a jam for sure. Air condition was down, Preston, the owner was able to find the parts I needed and come repair in one day! I was told by another company, the wait would be 2-4 weeks... with the temperature expected to be in the 100s. We thank you so much! No nonsense, quick response and fair prices! Definitely my go to from now on! Planning to sign up for their maintenance! Can't praise him enough!! 5 stars!

My old system was failing and my PG&E True Up bills were off the charts even with my solar. I was referred to Bishops by We Paint another excellent company. I contacted them and was promptly scheduled for a meeting to discuss my needs. Preston arrived promptly and equipped to give me a professional quote. After assessing my current 20 year old unit and discussing my expectations we came to a mutual agreement that a 5 Ton Daikin system with a 17 SEER rating was best for my 3000 sq ft home. It's a split system with 2 thermostats one upstairs and one downstairs. I had received 3 other quotes from equally reputable companies however they kept trying to downgrade the system I was seeking to save me money on the installation which would have effected performance. Preston understood I was less interested in saving money on the installation but knew with the right system I'd be saving money every time the unit came on, it would provide the comfort level I was seeking and in the long run was what I needed the most. When you deal with contractors it's good to listen to their advice as long as they are also listening to your wants and needs. Sadly only 1 out of 4 actually listened to what I was asking for and that was Preston. I accepted his proposal and a week later had my beautiful HVAC system installed and up and running, I've never looked back! In addition to running off 2 thermostats it also runs off an app on my phone so I can monitor or change the settings even when I'm away from home! How cool is that. Preston and his 2 installers were amazing and very fast and very clean too. There wasn't a mess to clean up even after working in my attic! If you need a new Air Conditioner and/or Heater save yourself the headache and just call Preston. I'll be referring all of my family and friends to him. (209) 620-1395
