Wow! Amazing service. Bishopsford staff on WhatsApp were kind and helpful, giving great advice and guidance before I made my purchase. The starter trees (2 japanese maples, a juniper procumbens and a catlin Elm), and bonsai wire arrived in just 3 days in excellent condition. Everything was packaged very securely. I will make use of their services again in the future.

I made my first purchase from Bishopsford Bonsai Nursery yesterday and already received my tree today. (They are in cape town and I'm in Uitenhage.) The first encounter with them was amazing. They guided me as to what exactly I need to start etc. Service 5 star! I opened my package today and was OVER THE MOON FROM HAPPINESS.. The way the tree was packaged and all the effort can be seen. The box had fragile stickers, 'which side should be up' stickers as well as a sticker saying- live plants handle with care... Inside my tree had bubblewrap around the pot, as well as Styrofoam for more protection and movement limitation and it was securely cable tied. This was one amazing service. My tree looks EXACTLY as on their images. I would recommend anyone to purchase from them!!! I AM VERY PLEASED!!!!
