Birmingham Dental & Implants is amazing!
Everyone there was extremely nice from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. It’s rare to find a place that treats you with this much kindness and respect. I’m so grateful I chose them and highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work or implants!
I hadn’t been to a dentist in 35 years after a bad experience as a kid where the dentist drilled and filled my molars with silver. Those old fillings eventually started breaking and causing pain, so I finally had to do something.
I went to Dr. Steven Beard thinking I needed eight implants. Instead of cashing in, he told me I might only need one and sent me to another dentist first to see if that tooth could be saved with a crown. He said if it can’t be saved, it should still be removed by a surgeon because it sits right above a major nerve. Even though he pulls teeth all the time, he said that one was just too risky. That kind of honesty and caution means everything to me. It feels good knowing he wouldn’t risk my safety just to do it himself.
He explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. The whole visit was free and I walked out actually trusting a dentist for the first time in my life. If I do need an implant, I’m coming right back here.
I have fun for the first time in my life going to a Dental office. Dr. Beard and his precious staff treat me like family and I would recommend his office to anyone who needs their type of services. They have changed my life and have given me back my smile. I’m not the best patient and have missed more appointments than I needed to, but they were very gracious and just made me feel at home.
5 stars all around for my consultation appointment this morning. Everyone was great, answered all my questions and very attentive to my situation. I'm putting my trust in Birmingham Dentures and Implants.

I rode with a friend to get veneers, and while I was there, I had a few questions about some things I’d like to have done. Without hesitation, they offered me a free consultation—and I said yes! I filled out the form via tablet, answered some questions. They took my X-rays and then got a chance to speak with the dentist, Dr. Beard.
The staff was absolutely awesome and so welcoming. Shout-out to Ms. Felicienne, who made my day with her beautiful smile and uplifting conversation. Your whole team is amazing! ❤️❤️❤️
