Damian was fab. Friendly and competent, and was available to come round exactly when we needed him. When he went to get a part he came straight back, and made sure we had the water on while he was gone. He showed us where our stopcock was (new house and we had no idea!) and even did a little non-emergency job while he was here. Thanks!
Damian was fantastic. Had a leak which we didn't discover until our kitchen dining room was drenched so we weren't much help in explaining possible causes. Gave Billy Emergency Plumbing a call on the day which was Sunday at 6pm and Damian was around our place within the hour.
Damian was a pro and quickly identified the issue, showed us exactly what was wrong, and clearly explained the repair options before fixing it.

Exceptional service! Damien was here within 40 minutes of me calling- it wasn't an emergency but he was in the area. Quickly diagnosed cause of toilet blockage as limescale build-up, took toilet out and cleaned it out. He also noted that the cistern fill-valve was very slow, so he took that off and cleaned that of limescale.
Damien was very thorough and efficient, and anice guy. Billy's will be my go-to plumber in future.

Highly recommended. I called Billy Emergency Plumbing Sunday evening for a blocked sewage drain. He offered to come straight out but I was happy to wait until Monday and he came out first thing. Quickly identified the issue and sorted out the blockage leaving everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to use his service again.

Billy came out on Sunday morning to fix a leak that was reported to him early in the morning. He found where the leak was and was able to fix and resolve the issue.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to explain what the issue was for people that know nothing about plumbing.
Speedy, friendly, reasonably priced and would highly recommend.

Excellent service! Damian came out on a public holiday and tackled a really stubborn blocked drain for us. It ended up needing a high-pressure spray and took quite a bit longer than initially thought. He adjusted the price slightly from the original quote to account for the extra work, but it was incredibly fair and well-deserved for the time and effort he put in. Great communication and a job well done. Would definitely hire again!

Had emergency callout over Easter.
Main job was leaking boiler. Plumber was here within half an hour. He was very efficient and helpful.
Even fixed problem with a tough blocked drain at no extra cost, that took some time.
Was understanding regarding payment of callout fee as we're in a rented property and it's Easter weekend.
Great service, wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed.
