Made corrections twice. I was assured the corrections would be in final documents. They were not. Very stressful. Did not get any responses to questions during 3 week period while getting constant reminders to move forward. How could I w/o answers? The threat of shelving our work and extra fees was always there even when I could not get answers.

I am quite confused. You confirmed everything was correct over three (3) weeks ago. If there were concerns, the line to me is always open; an email or phone call would have addressed any lingering issues.
As regards extra fees, we charge all-inclusive flat fees and every client knows exactly what their fees will be in advance. There are additional fees applicable but only under a few limited circumstances.
As far as the reminders, they are automated, and include instructions to let us know if you want them turned off. I am sorry the automated reminders frustrated you.
Please call the office and ask for me and we'll resolve whatever concerns you may have. I would love your feedback.
