Мы старались создать атмосферу волшебства, веселья и безопасного «страшного» приключения, и так здорово, что детям захотелось ещё.
Ходили в billingvi 2,5 года. Прекрасные увлекательные занятия. Спасибо преподавателю Илье, который смог поддержать в ребенке творческое начало. Это очень ценно. Разнообразный опыт поездок в музеи и походов на природу, ребенок всегда делился новыми впечатлениями. Прекрасное место, если хотите сохранить русский язык, особенно в раннем возрасте.

Мы остались в восторге от посещения садика! Очень приветливые и дружелюбные воспитатели, особенно понравились Илья и Светлана - они точно знают, как нужно завлечь ребенка, если тот пришел в плохом настроении. Занятия проходят интересно и не скучно, ребёнок вовлечен в различных заданиях и активно во всем участвует. Нам понравилось, ходили бы еще сюда, но нужно возвращаться в Москву :) Спасибо еще раз садику Bilingvi за такие яркие и увлекательные занятия!)

For almost 2.5 years, my daughter has been a part of Bilingvi, and I can truly say it has become a second home for her. From Russian language classes to Art and holiday language camps, every experience has been enriching and full of warmth.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bilingvi, not because of their programs, but because of the way management treats customers. The center’s director Ekaterina spoke to me in an unprofessional and condescending manner, making unnecessary and rude remarks instead of handling the situation respectfully.
As a parent, I expect clear communication and professional behavior from an educational institution, but instead, I was met with a dismissive and scolding tone. It felt as if I was being reprimanded rather than treated as a paying customer. This is not how a business working with children and families should operate.
If you are considering this center, be prepared that respect and professionalism may not always be a priority for them.
We are sorry to hear that your experience with Bilingvi did not meet your expectations. We always strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for both children and parents, and we regret that you felt otherwise.
Regarding your concerns, we take all feedback seriously and will review the situation internally to ensure that our communication remains professional and constructive at all times. A unique place for any age and interest. A place where children learn Russian and English in a creative and playful way in a friendly, warm collective. An ideal place for children to smoothly adapt to Singapore and simply for leisure and education. It includes playgroups like kindergarten, educational courses, school camps, workshops and other activities.
Our son goes to a playgroup for 3.5-5 years old.He enjoys his every day in the playgroup.
