I am really sorry to say , but I am very disappointed with the service that I received and to top it off I still have not received my bike.
Bike ordered back on the 16/11/25, tbh they tried to deliver it on the 1/12/25but I was away and I canceled the delivery and then they tried again on Monday,but didn't even let me know that they were going to deliver it on that day, the driver gave me a Text 15 minutes before they tried to deliver it.
I sent an email to the company to see when it would be re delivered and to say that I was disappointed with how this process is going. That was 2days ago and I have not heard anything from them.
Disappointed is an understatement
We had a minor panic as we'd requested a morning delivery time which wasn't possible on the day. A phone call to bike services and they rearranged delivery to an alternative address after the van had left the depot. Delivered to work address on a busy road, just at the busiest it's been all day. So it was a quick but efficient delivery. Great service thanks.

The driver was a really nice dude and im happy with the service other than the delivery times, all being its near Christmas so its bound to be busy. But my original delivery time was 12:30-13:30 (no proir warning just an email on the delivery day at 8 am) so i made sure i was back from work to sign for it but it didnt turn up until 20:30, i tried calling the phone number provided to see what time it would be coming but after multiple attempts with no answer i just gave up and waited. So other than missing out on half a days work and a lack of contact im satisfied with the delivery. Cheers

Hi Stan, thanks for your feedback. I've looked into this and can see you looked at the LIVE tracking page 8 times during the day upto when our driver arrived, which should have updated the delivery window. However our drivers normally call ahead if they are going to be late too which appears not to have happened or they couldn't get through so for that I sincerely apologise. I'd also like to try and get to the bottom of the number you called with no response, so if you could email me at paul@bikeservicesuk.com, I'll pick that up and find out what happened. I'm glad you got the bike safely but sorry our comms fell short. You'll see from most of our reviews, our comms are normally really good but obviously not on this occasion. Enjoy the bike. Paul
Fantastic delivery. Called me with approximate times. The delivery driver waited for me whilst I was on the school run and he also was discreet with the delivery because itβs a Christmas present. Fantastic service and he even spotted when my kids were peeking out of the window. Thank you so much for an excellent service
