Really happy with the bike delivery, the driver Malc was friendly on the phone. The services support team were great and responsive.delivery was quick, bike came fully assembled and in perfect condition. I was kept super informed when the delivery was going to be, there was a tracking link to check and delivery was when they said it would be. What more could you want?? I ordered the bike from the Bike Factory - which was a great price too. They arranged delivery with Bike services uk. Whole process was very smooth and stress free. Thanks Bike Services UK team!

OMG I actually got to speak to a real person both times I rang up. Not on hold, no foreign call centre or press this button then this one. The sequence of events was explained to me from collecting to delivery of my new , high value bike. Tracking link the day before and tracked all the way live on GPS right upto delivery. The delivery guy was a real gent, respectful, courteous, really looked after my bike . An ambassador for the company. Great company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Disappointing service. Could have used Shipley for a lot less money and probably received a service at least as good. Initial contact with seemed fine but because I was buying a bike up north (I’m in the south) they transferred me to there north office. The day they were picking my bike up, I had a tracking link sent to say they were picking up from somewhere totally different. I managed to contact them and they eventually collected the bike, late from the seller, even though they had spoken with him earlier and arranged a time. This was a Friday, so they said they would deliver to me on the following Tuesday, but on the Monday I received an email saying they had delivered to me and I had signed for it. Obviously I hadn’t receives it so another phone call to them to sort it out. On the Tuesday they said delivery to me would be around 5.30 but they with send a tracking link so I could see where they had got too. No tracking link sent so contacted them yet again and they said they would send it to me. I never received the link. The bike did arrive in the time slot they gave me and the driver was nice and helpful. I think my 3 star rating is generous for the service I received, and sorry but I won’t be using your company in the future.

Hi Mark. Thanks for your review. I've looked into this and it looks like a series of minor issues have rolled up into one big one which has impacted the level of service we normally offer for which I sincerely apologise. It appears your order was added manually rather than through our normal front-end which has allowed human error to creep which isn't an excuse, just a reason. You'll see from the rest of our reviews we are usually spot on but I 100% accept we caused you problems and made mistakes for which I will escalate and look to make sure they never happen again.

It was fine, but some issues. Firstly they said they were waiting for my bike then would contact me to arrange a delivery date. I didn't hear anything for over a week so I called them then they said it was going to be delivered tomorrow morning? Not ideal.
Bike was delivered safe and sound and the tracking worked fine. The confirmation said there would be a basic fitting done but the bike was delivered with no pedals so obviously couldn't do a fit at all.
This service wasn't cheap, and it felt like quite a basic service for a premium price tag.
As a response to the owner: my issue was not with the delivery timeframe but the lack of proactive Comms. If you email me stating you'll contact me in advance to arrange a delivery date but then fail to do so, obviously I'll feel like a service was promised and not provided. Same with the bike fit.

**We don't do bike fits or say we do** It's absolutely clear on our website and our email. We're happy to make minor adjustments and fit pedals if provided.

I've looked into this and I can see we've only delivered to one Conor in the past 30 days so I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that is your order but if I'm wrong please get in touch. I can see an order was placed with us to deliver your bike on 17/02 and we delivered on 26/02.Thats 6 working days later and within the 4-7 days we advertise for Zone D deliveries to Devon. If you were expecting it sooner you need to take that up with your retailer who should have conveyed that lead time to you. Our website is very clear on that. However I can see you didn't receive a pre-delivery email from us confirming that date for which I sincerely apologise.
Re your pedals we can only fit what is provided so if you were expecting some which your review implies I'd politely ask you take that up with your retailer too as it's unfair to blame us for that. That's not our fault. For any other minor adjustments like bars and saddle you just needed to ask the driver. Your bike was delivered at 9am as promised, and you had the opportunity to reject that date/time if it didn't work for you when it was confirmed too. And I'd argue any bike delivered built and ready to ride is always going to be a premium service. Glad you received it safely and in good order though. Enjoy it. Regards Paul

These guys are great. I was called a day in advance to give me a rough delivery time and emailed a link for live tracking. On the day of delivery I was called 20 minutes in advance to confirm times. The delivery driver was nice and polite.
