Absolute fraud service – avoid BRB Bike Rentals at all costs!
I rented an Xpulse bike for 3 days from BRB, and it broke down on the very first day. The mechanic clearly said the clutch plate was gone, meaning it was already in poor condition when given to me.
I informed the BRB team immediately, and initially, they blamed me and said “Sir, aapne kharab ki hai, aapko theek karwana padega”. After some argument, they agreed to reimburse the repair if I got it fixed. I spent ₹3500+ for repairs and engine oil from my own pocket.
But once the bike was repaired, they flatly refused to pay me back and said “jo karna hai karlo”. On top of that, their staff misbehaved with us, showing zero professionalism or courtesy.
This is pure fraud and scam. They give poorly maintained bikes, blame the customer for mechanical issues, and run away from responsibility.
If you value your money, time, and peace of mind – stay away from BRB Bike Rentals. Totally untrustworthy and unethical service.

You rented the Xpulse for 3 days and took a proper test ride before taking delivery. The bike was functioning normally at the time of handover, and no issues were reported. In fact, you rode it all the way to Jibhi on the first day without any problem.
You reported the clutch issue on the second day. If the clutch plates were already damaged, the problem would have shown up instantly after taking the bike, not after riding for an entire day in the hills. As everyone knows, the Jibhi–Tirthan region has steep terrain, and clutch problems are common if the clutch is overused. In such cases, wear and tear depends heavily on the rider's handling.

Rented a new TVS Ntorq for 4 days for reasonable price from them, process was quick. They refunded the complete security after I returned the scooty without any hassle. Staff was really helpful and guided me for planning my travel itenary as well.
