We were so excited to see this new business pop up just in time to lease a Woom balance bike for our two-year-old!
We knew kids who’d learned to ride so easily and confidently starting with a balance bike and wanted our son to have the best and safest bike, but couldn’t believe the Woom price tag for something we weren’t even sure he’d would use very much. He’s also on the large side so the idea that we could switch seamlessly to a bigger bike as soon as he outgrew this one just made sense. I was also glad to see a very well priced protection plan and clearly laid out contract with reasonable costs for replacing major damage.
The website is extremely easy to use, Tibor was so communicative and flexible with delivery, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the bike we chose. Looking forward to using Bike and Grow throughout my child’s growing years!
My son has been riding bikes since he was very young, but he has grown so quickly we end up buying a new bike every 6 months-year! I was so excited to find bike & grow, not only for the opportunity to size up when needed but also for the maintenance and support! It was so nice to have the bike dropped off by the owner who was kind and offered to help size the bike, already had the light installed, and even helped us with another bike that we didn’t even get from him! Highly recommend!
We bought my daughter a bike that was too heavy for her and she had such a hard time learning how to ride it. After talking to a some other parents, Woom & Guardian were the brands recommended to me based on how lightweight they were. I didn’t want to buy another bike (especially such expensive brands) after just buying one a few months ago, so Bike & Grow was the perfect solution for us! The bikes were delivered to us by the founder himself within 24 hours of me ordering them. He made sure both bikes fit my kids and even helped my older daughter try to learn how to ride a couple of times. He’s also a parent and it’s a locally owned small business. Whenever my kids outgrow the current size bike they are riding, I can just trade them in for the next size. It’s also a great way to try out a premium bike brand. Within 30 minutes of my daughter learning to ride with the Woom bike, she was riding all on her own. I was amazed! Tibor and Andre were both super friendly and answered all my questions and were quick to respond. I highly recommend Bike & Grow and will be telling all my parent friends about it!
