My iPhone 15 pro suddenly stopped working earlier. First it froze, then the screen went black. I tried troubleshooting it myself with no luck. So, after a search for phone repair shops in my area, I decided to stop by Big Time Phone Repair.
Peter was the name of the tech who checked out the screen and battery to figure out exactly what was wrong. He explained to me the best and worst case scenarios before doing any repair. He tested my iPhone and the issue turned out to be the battery, which he quickly replaced to remedy the issue. I was in and out within like 30min time with my iPhone fully functioning once again, at a very reasonable cost.

i took my phone in to get the back glass changed and left it there for nearly over three hours and i HAD TO CALL THEM just for them to tell me that they couldn't fix my phone. and to add to that when i got there he hands me my phone and it already has been passed through some sort of laser he uses and now there's loose glass falling off and parts of my back glass that are loose and some that are missing glue. after the fact he tried to sell me a whole frame replacement saying "that would be better for the phone" that's not what i asked for and you left my phone in a worse condition then when i left it three hours ago??? right. that totally makes sense. WTF!!

During the back glass removal, we stopped as soon as we realized continuing would have caused further damage to your phone. To keep your device safe, we suggested ordering the proper replacement part for installation. We didn’t charge you anything, and you declined the part order. You’re more than welcome to come back to have it fixed with a discount.
