I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rena Saunier. She helped me sell my dad’s home after he passed away, during what was already an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time for our family.
I was handling the sale from across the country, and Rena truly went above and beyond from beginning to end. She kept me informed, answered countless questions, helped coordinate repairs and everything that needed to be done locally, and was always there when something unexpected came up. There were several challenges along the way, and I never once felt like I was dealing with them alone.
What stood out most was how much Rena genuinely cared. She didn’t treat this as just another transaction or another house to sell. She understood what this home and this process meant to me and my family, and she handled everything with patience, compassion, professionalism, and an incredible amount of dedication.

Derrick knew the area incredibly well. We popped in unplanned and within 36 hours he figured out what we were looking for and showed it to us. We didn’t even know what we wanted. He meet with the sellers and their agent to negotiate terms and conditions on the two properties we were buying and making sure repairs were completed per the inspection report in our absence. Recently we used Derek as our representative in our search and purchase of a residential lot in Whitefish. Our process started months prior to our actual arrival. Derek during this time was most helpful in answering phone calls, giving local knowledge, and certainly in sending us listings for properties that 1) were where we were interested in and 2) were in the price range of our proposed budget.
Upon arrival, Derek met us at the time we requested and blocked off
adequate time to only work with us - he was not in a rush. Later, when we decided upon a particular lot, we learned of some issues that needed more information. Derek had local knowledge and experience that helped immensely in investigating and clearing these issues. Negotiation was called for in our instance and he walked us through some ideas on how to proceed with this. We were finally able to purchase the lot we wanted. Now, all of this occurred during August which is one of the busiest times for a realtor in the Whitefish area and Derek's potential commission was not nearly as great with our purchase as it would be for a higher end
completed home there. This did not affect his responsiveness or enthusiasm. Could not be happier with the service we received from
