I really appreciated the great service I got from Devyn at the Schaumburg store. I hadn't bought shoes in 4 years and needed help choosing between Brooks, Hoka, and New Balance. He offered great suggestions and assistance.

I had surgery for my foot/great toe. I needed to get some new shoes that I could wear since the surgery. Devyn, the assistant manager went out of his way to help me find a pair of shoes and orthotics that would work for me. I was able to walk out of the store wearing the shoes I would highly recommend Big River Footwear Company in Schaumburg Every one in the store has years of experience

Great place for shoes The sales person Anabelle was very kind and helpful. She took time to be sure I had the right fit. She explained things about my feet I didn’t know. I would highly recommend this location for active footwear. If you are lucky to go on a day Anabelle is there. Ask for her

Jessica Lindsey was wonderful! Very patient as I tried several different types of shoes. She explained the pros and cons of each shoe to help me make an informed decision. I love my shoes by the way. I have never had an unpleasant visit to this store. I tell my friends about Big River all the time.

Jon Crews waited on me and he was very knowledgeable and helping in assisting me find a great shoe for my feet. Each time I come into this store, I get friendly, personalized service. They offer you a bottle water and even open door on exiting their store. I just wish they had more sales. Visited today after my Chiro visit. I had a partial toe amputation in August & needed to test my gait & find shoes that support my feet now. Lonnie is VERY knowledgeable! He did the test, had several shoe recommendations & carefully explained how each would support! I was impressed by his knowledge & professionalism! Chelsey also assisted in my visit & was extremely helpful! Professional, Knowledgeable, PATIENT & Compassionate! I will definitely return & Highly recommend!!!
