Big Red Cloud training is excellent. It is brought down to starter level and is very well articulated by the two lecturers. The migration team led by Sam Paul Clair is exceptional. No problem is too much, they simplify everything and take time to be so human and understanding.

Big Red Cloud is user friendly, lots of great features and a quick system that focuses on the necessary areas of accounts. Bank feed and search functions are accurate and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bookkeeping system for small businesses.
Help team are very supportive too, Sam has been a great help in converting all of our Big Red Book companies to the cloud in a quick, kind and efficient manner.

We've had a very positive experience using Big Red Book. The software is reliable, user-friendly, and has helped streamline our payroll processes considerably.
A special mention must go to Daria from the support team. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable whenever we needed assistance. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made resolving queries quick and stress-free.
The support service overall has been excellent, which gives great confidence when using the system for important payroll tasks.
One improvement I would suggest relates to payroll processing for businesses that operate multiple pay frequencies. It would be very beneficial if the application allowed users to process weekly and fortnightly payroll runs concurrently within the same workflow. This added flexibility would make payroll administration even more efficient for organisations managing different employee payment schedules.
Overall, Big Red Book is a great payroll solution backed by an outstanding support team, and I would happily recommend it to other businesses.

Hi Fiona, thanks for the lovely review for Daria and Big Red. Good news for you is that Cloud payroll does support multiple payroll frequencies in the same workflow, so we’ll upgrade you when you are ready to start your 2027 payroll.
We migrated to Big Red Cloud during the summer and found the whole process incredibly efficient and seamless. The transition to the cloud was very smooth, and we were well supported throughout.
A special thanks to Shane Kavanagh for all his help and support during the migration. his assistance made the transition straightforward and stress fee.

I have been using Big Red Cloud for nearly 15 years and have always found them extremely reliable, user-friendly and well supported.
The online tutorials are easy to follow, and the phone support is excellent. Whenever I have needed help, I have found the support team very knowledgeable and helpful.
I am the accountant for a School and Preschool, which are part of the same company but operate as separate entities. The Consolidating Companies facility has been a massive benefit to us. We can prepare separate accounts for each entity as well as consolidated accounts, which has been invaluable to our Management Committee when making financial decisions.
I would particularly like to thank Sam Paul Clair from BRC Support. We recently had a consolidation issue after extending our year-end by an additional month, and he wes extremely helpful in resolving the problem.
After nearly 15 years as a customer, I would have no hesitation in recommending Big Red Cloud. Excellent software and, just as importantly, excellent customer support.
