I had an excellent experience with my oral surgery implant. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Rotwein was extremely caring, took the time to explain each step clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I felt well taken care of and confident in the quality of care I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding oral surgery and implant care.

I had an infection that needed immediate attention within a 2 day span and Dr. Rotwein and all of his staff, and I mean ALL of them were so awesome with getting everything ready and set to go before surgery. The communication and attitude of everyone in that office was impeccable. Ginger helped me out tremendously with my forms and was so on it! They truly care about your experience and well-being. They really made me feel like a priority to them and they took such great care of me. Dr. Rotwein is awesome at answering your post-op questions at any hours of the day! 10000/10 would recommend this office to anyone needing Oral Surgery.

Aloha, best dental oral surgeon, and overall practice that I have ever been in in the Kingdom of Hawai'i. The surgeon is a high professional surgeon, you can tell as soon as you talk to him, the ladies at the front desk, top of the line, super cool with a very nice attitude, the equipment of this practice seems like outer space technology, the overall practice is immaculate, seems like a NASA facility, I was very, very impress, No need to go to Honolulu or the usa having this surgen and staff here in "The Big Island" thanks to you all and good luck, Mahalo Nui Loa Aloha

The staff was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate!!! Dr. Ben is the best oral surgeon!!! He explained every detail of the procedure in the beginning, during the procedure and after things were done. He makes sure that the patient understands and addresses and concerns or questions that I had. He made sure I had NO pain at all from the beginning to numb me or throughout my whole procedure! After the numbness wore off the extraction site was tender but not painful enough to take a Tylenol! He is a strong man but yet gentle throughout the procedure. He also called me in the evening to check up on me and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend everyone to Dr. Ben…..you’ll never regret it!!!!!
