Even though they had truck problems the day before, they communicated exceptionally well.
Troy and TJ arrive and quickly got busy packing everything up. They would load an item and run back to get the next item. No stopping or wasting time. Very impressive. Would highly recommend Big Ben's. Also ask for Troy and TJ!

I have used them for moving then storage too and they have the best customer service ever! The storage facility was new and so clean and someone (Kayla) is always available by phone or text. They are honest, fast, flexible and fair priced and put their customer first! Can’t recommend them enough!

Big Ben’s doing our move was the best decision! They made our move so seamless and stress free! They showed up right on time, we did a quick walk through of the house, and they got to work. Everything was handled and loaded with care. The unload was just as easy and fast! The more I tried to assist the more I felt in the way and slowing them down! I almost feel guilty how easy they made our move to be! What could have been a really stressful day asking everyone we know to help during a work day, was made to be such a great and exciting day! The packed our house and unloaded at our new house in less than a normal work day! Huge thank you to Big Ben’s Moving team! Cherry on top is they have storage facilities to help stage or hold any of those extras you’re not quite ready for the house yet!
I have moved many times in my life. We have done it by ourselves and with other movers but Big Bens was our very best experience by far! We will use them again. They were courteous and efficient. I couldn’t believe how fast they were for both the move out in Springville and the move in to St George! They took great care of our furniture and even helped us move things around when we needed it. The cost was very reasonable and they were worth every penny. I highly recommend them.
We hired Big Ben's Moving to move my senior parents household in St. George to an assisted living center in Saratoga Springs. They were so professional and did such a thorough job with making sure each and every piece was protected. I'd never seen so many pads used and taped into position. Troy and James helped us unload and it was done so quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone. Well done guys.
For months, we called multiple times every week. Every single time, we were told that Scott Draper would call us back. He never did. Not once. It became painfully clear that this company has no interest in taking responsibility for the mess they created. The only time we heard anything at all was when we mentioned potential legal action and suddenly, magically, someone could respond, but even that was temporary. That alone speaks volumes about how they operate.
Their staff repeatedly told us our concerns were being passed along and taken seriously. I don’t blame the employees, I blame the management and leadership who clearly chose to ignore every message, every call, and every attempt we made to resolve this like adults. The lack of accountability is staggering. The lack of professionalism is even worse.
We gave them every chance to make this right. Instead, we were met with silence, excuses, and complete indifference. No plan, no follow‑through, no resolution. Just a company hoping we’d give up and go away.
If you value your belongings, your time, or your sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Big Ben’s Moving and Storage. They have shown us exactly who they are and it’s not a company that stands behind its work or respects its customers.
Jan. 7, 2026, Big Ben’s Missed our scheduled appointment didn’t call to reschedule. I called and rescheduled a home tour for the following week to get an estimate they didn’t show again. They returned my call after I left message, they didn’t offer to come tour my home, but said they could give me an estimate over the phone if I would tell them what I was moving etc.
I was moving from St George, Utah to Salt Lake, Utah.
His estimate was a lot higher than two other companies, and I told him this.
The most disappointing part of this conversation was listening to him speak against one of his competitors, telling me to stay away from Legacy Movers.
Based on my experience with Big Ben’s moving company they lack integrity I would never recommend them..
I have used Big Bens a few times and they never disappoint. Cade and Liam showed up today to help me move some of my furniture into storage. They were respectful and kind. They made sure to be careful with all of my things. I appreciate having a company I know I can call for both small and large moves. Thanks so much for hiring excellent employees!!
