The last few days the second zone was in the off position and the radiators were still warm Devin from Bug Al’s installed A cast iron check valve on that zone and the problem went away, but then it went to the third floor so they had to come back and install another check from on the third zone and now everything‘s working perfect the problem is the water in Peabody is very hard and overtime. I guess the plastic stops or whatever they’re called either The plastic stops breakaway or something and you need to enhance the heating system after time whenever I call big Al’s they came out the same day who does that? I am very pleased with them

Al and Frankie are the best. I had them them at my house a few times and they are always knowledgeable and friendly. The latest time I had a pipe burst which was stressful and Frankie was at my house for hours dedicated to getting heat back and updating me through the fix. They always go the extra mile and I've recommended them to friends.

My boiler was on its last legs and the next business day Big Al’s installed a new system and performed various other fixes in a single day at 75% the cost of my next lowest, multi-day, estimate. I felt as though all options were explained thoroughly allowing me to make an educated choice. After they left I noticed a leak due to a gasket not being seated correctly (things happen) and they were back early the next morning for a quick fix. Strongly recommend

I had an issue with my old boiler and couldn’t find anyone with enough experience with oil heat and old boilers. It was so frustrating until I found Big Al’s. Workers are kind and very knowledgeable; explain things thoroughly, providing options for repairs while considering the cost to the customer. Since then, I only call Big Al’s for any heating/hot water maintenance and issues. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using Big Al’s since 2020, and they’ve always been reliable, reasonably priced, and great to work with. After Christmas, a pipe broke and caused our boiler to stop working, and they came out quickly to help us resolve it. All of their technicians are knowledgeable and professional and their reception team is clear, organized and easy to communicate with. They’re always upfront about pricing and never pressure you into unnecessary work. This is the only company I call when we need service. Highly recommend Big Al’s to anyone looking for an honest and dependable team.

We had a very good experience with Big Al's company. We recently moved to an older home that needed utility updates which included a new boiler. I called Big Al's as his name was on the boiler. We had service the day that I called and a plan was put into place. Shortly after Al stopped by himself to talk with us to explain what was needed. We scheduled an appt. to install a new boiler which has just been done. His team were so nice, friendly and I think are a great reflection of his company. We are very happy. Sherry D.

We're in the middle of a nor'easter with a bomb cyclone and blizzard-like conditions. I wake to find it's 55 in my house. First phone call finds my usual go-to who installed the system and does my repairs and service in Florida! He suggests my propane supplier. They are closed and have one technician on the road. I'll be on tomorrow's schedule for sure. So much for nearly 45 years as a loyal customer! I see the raves for Big Al's Services all over Facebook so call #3. I left a voice message and received a reply in minutes. Was advised the technician would text when he was on his way. Again I had the text within minutes. We had a challenge getting him in due to the drifting snow but the tech was understanding and very personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaces the failed part. The price was very reasonable. I've never used Big Al's Services before and it was under the worst emergency conditions all around. I can't say enough about how grateful I am. I highly recommend Big Al's Services for all your needs HVAC needs!

My boiler broke down today in the middle of the noreaster. Called Al's services and Ricky came, found the problem and worked to fix it. I would totally recommend them if you have any problems. I have heat and will call them for service again. I had never used them before, however I will be using them going forward. Ricky even shoveled my steps. Great service on a miserable day!

We recently had to replace our oil tank and are very happy with the service we received from Big Al’s. When we discovered the tank was leaking, they came out that same day, on a Saturday and right before a snowstorm. The entire process went smoothly, and they even went out of their way by contacting our oil company to ensure we could get a delivery shortly after the new tank was installed. I highly recommend them for any service needs!
