We love our new roof! BFARR Contacting did an excellent job from start to finish. Everyone connected to our job was top notch. Shane started the process with us and kept in touch during the entire process making sure everything was done correctly. The roof was done in less than 3 days and when they finished up on the last day they made sure to clean up the property completely. I highly recommend BFARR Contracting.

I received galleries of pics taken before, during, and after the roof replacement - which, as an out of state landlord, was a welcomed surprise. I want to take a moment to share my experience working with BFARR Contracting on my roof project, and more specifically, to highlight the great support I received from Shane Emery. Like many home projects, there are challenges along the way -- delays and company communications which could have been clearer. However, what truly made the difference in my experience was how Shane handled everything. He consistently stepped in, took ownership, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. What stood out most was his professionalism and accountability. I had a good experience with BFarr. Steve, Edgar and the whole team kept in constant contact with photos, reports and inspections throughout the process. Unfortunately, I had a lot of damaged wood to be replaced but Steve and his team came prepared so there was no waiting. They removed and replaced and continued on without slowing them down. BFARR is the fourth contractor I contacted for my roof replacement project. Their high ranking in GAF's Master Elite Contractor list and perfect online review led me to them initially, and my experience afterwards reinforced the reputation they established. Firstly, the response to my quote request is immediate and the first quote is quite thorough. Secondly, their response to my continued inquiries sometimes perceived as excessive due to my engineering curiosity are quite openly received and addressed, in particularly by the account manager Brian Douek. Thirdly, the solutions they offered went beyond a straight replacement and included some new technologies. In my case, ridge vents replaced the existing stand-alone box vent, enhancing both the venting performance and aesthetics. Lastly, the project execution is well done and I mostly remained offsite after monitoring their work on the 1st day. This is an unusual practice for me as a former "control systems" professional, and an evidence of my growing trust in BFARR. Now the project is completed and BFARR has registered the Golden Pledge warranty for me with GAF. I look forward to the long term peace of mind this project will bring to me, and may report back the outcome down the road. I am showing two pictures below, one for the finished roof showing the ridge lines now also serving as vents, and the one old picture with box vents.
