Dean was absolutely fantastic and was able to work with me in getting my dad taken care of. We were able to do everything electronically since I live out of state, Dad passed on a Tuesday and I had his ashes and death certificates by Friday. I would 100% recommend!

My father recently passed away and Dean was with me from the start to finish. When he came to pick up my father and treated me and my mother with such compassion and care that we knew we had to go with him through the rest of the process. Our circumstances were not the best and Dean helped us through tight finances and crazy schedules in such a hard time. He made us feel like family and we never felt uncomfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Amazing director, amazing services, amazing person with a heart of gold! No matter what he will be there to take care of you and your loved ones! if I could give Dean 10 stars, I would, he was the most affordable in our area. However, he was also the most compassionate, most professional person that I could've found to deal with the unexpected death of our loved one. thank you Dean for everything you did for our family. I highly recommend West River funeral directors. he did all the paperwork, answered all of our questions, helped with the obituary, We chose cremation and we Brought our own urn, along with the small urns and jewelry pieces that he also filled for us He went above and beyond assisting our family during this difficult time.

I recently had my father pass and Dean made everything seem so smooth and refreshing in the midst of all the stress and sadness. When you lose someone you love the process is not easy and Dean really cared and helped with everything along the way. I am grateful to have gone through West River to cremate my father. The people in Rapid City South Dakota are all so sweet and caring they all really held my head up during such a tough time!
