First, the gentleman that came out to give me an estimate, Jonathan Walthall, was knowledgeable and I think definitely knew what he was talking about. He gave me an estimate on the spot. It was very very competitive. We made an appointment, they confirmed the appointment and the name (with picture) of the technician multiple times via text and email. They sent a text that he was on his way. He and one other technician arrived slightly early. They asked me some questions, and asked me if I had any questions before they got started. This was a small job cleaning natural slate tile that had been previously sealed. They worked quickly, efficiently, and quietly. They did an excellent job, my floor, tile and grout, are clean. I paid them and they were on their way. They were both extremely polite and again before they left asked me if I had any questions (which I did not). I would recommend this company to anyone!

Randy, Tyler and Nick did an outstanding job cleaning and sealing our tile. They ran into an issue early on in removing a previous sealant. They worked through the issue and spent extra time making sure that the sealing was removed. The final outcome was very nice.

Had our floors cleaned, counters restored and our showers cleaned w/caulking replaced. Definitely makes a world of difference. The grout is much cleaner, but you can still see the color varies a bit by amount of use. The kitchen is still darker, but much better than it was. The worse the shower was, the bigger the improvement, but they all look much better - especially w/the new caulking. The counters really shine now.
All in all, a huge improvement. You can't realize how dirty something is until it gets cleaned. Now that I've seen what this can do, I'd probably recommend doing it every 3-5 years.
