Cannot fault anything - all staff are responsive to emails and Brian took the time to explain everything to me as a first home buyer, without making me feel stupid. In a process where many people such as real estate agents have done that during my property search, he took the time to ask what I did know and what I was not sure of.
The process has been really easy and despite one or two issues with paperwork (government side, not his) everything has gone smoothly. I trust that if it didn't, any problems would be managed quickly and honestly based on my experience so far.
