They gave a time frame in which they said they could do it. They did do it within that timeframe. Which to us because we needed a new roof and raining season was at hand. That was important! They did deliver.

My insurance company told me they weren’t going to replace my roof because the damage was not from a storm, it was normal wear and tear due to age. I knew they were wrong because I remember when it happened. I gave it to Josh to deal with. He got my claim approved and I finally got a roof. He was great to work with and everything was clean after they put my roof on. I highly recommend.

Better Roofing Company was there for us after a hurricane damaged our roof. They supported us through the long back-and-forth with the insurance company and adjusters, and after nearly a year, when the insurance finally approved, Better Roofing got started right away. They completed the roof in just one day! The inspection passed with no issues. I’m very grateful that I’ve met Jonathan, a very kind, professional and emphatic human being. We definitely recommend Better Roofing & restoration.

Better Roofing and Restoration did a complete roof replacement for us, and we couldn't be more pleased. Their estimate was competitive and their team was hard working and timely. We were in a bit of a time crunch with an upcoming closing on our home, and Better Roofing got the job done with consistent early starts and long days until completion. At the close of each day, the area around our home and yard was carefully cleaned of all debris, which we appreciated very much. Great job overall and we highly recommend them!

My experience with Better Roofing and Restoration exceeded my expectations! When Jonathan Brosher, owner, and Hunter Thompson, project manager, visited my house in May 2025 to assess my roof I had small hope in being able to afford a new roof. But they were knowledgeable and smart and helped me understand my insurance policy and work through it. I was hoping to finish the roof project before the start of the hurricane season here in Florida and Better Roofing fulfilled their promise on time! Their expert crew members worked diligently on May 28 and 29 and had a beautiful sunset brick shingle roof installed on time. The follow up to the project was also exceptional. Jon and Hunter contacted and scheduled prompt appointments with the County Inspector and the Wind Mitigation Inspector and the new Roof passed all inspections successfully. I recommend Better Roofing and Restoration for all kinds of roof work. The owner, project manager and staff are all professional, courteous and hard working. They are prompt and friendly and exceptional at their job. I wish them all the success they deserve.

Jonathan and Hunter were absolutely amazing! We had an emergency situation with roof damage that was causing water to rapidly enter our home. I reached out, and someone was there the same day, in less than 2 hours! Their customer service was outstanding, the response time was incredibly fast, and the pricing was very fair. I just had my roof replaced by Better Roofing and Restoration and I couldn't be more satisfied. Hunter Thompson was the point person who handled everything from speaking to my Insurance Company to facilitating the roofers putting on my roof. I wanted to have my 30 year old skylight replaced. The only problem was that they didn't make the model that was being replaced. Hunter took care of this by finding a skylight that would fit. Unfortunately, it was going to cost more for the replacement. Hunter replaced my skylight and the company absorbed extra cost! I highly recommend this company!

After getting hit with a couple of storms in the past year our was in pretty bad shape. We contacted Jon of Better Roofing. He came and explained all that was needed, we did all the paperwork immediately, insurance approved the work and today we have a beautiful roof! The work was done quickly and the workers were very nice and they cleaned up after the completion of the project. My wife and I are very happy with how it all turned out!!!
