A first class company to deal with. We have just had a garden sauna fitted by better living outdoors. Geoff was so professional and patient and gave excellent advice. Geoff answered all my questions and discussed the best sauna for our home. Based on Geoff’s advice we went ahead. The team who fitted the sauna arrived early and worked so quickly and neatly. Bill, Phil, Jack and Barry did a tremendous job. They explained everything to me and fitted the sauna so quickly - a truly stress free experience. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future and I highly recommend them. A stress free and excellent experience. Thank you.

Around 3 weeks ago regarding a hot tub purchase, i researched companies in my area and this company showed up on google search .I had a look on their website and chose the model that would suit my needs.I had a lot of questions so phoned the durham branch of better living outdoors.I spoke to Craig, what this guy doesn't know about hot tubs isn't worth knowing
Amazing 5 star + customer service!!
I was on the phone for nearly 1 hour with a lot of questions, I asked advice on wether the hot tub I had chosen was correct for my needs and he suggested another model which is better suited to me .My wife has back problems and he said the suggested model had dedicated strong neck and shoulder massage.The hot tub was also on a sale so he saved me a few hundred pounds as well!! Not many companies do that, they would try to sell you a more expensive model in my experience

We decide to go to the showroom to meet Craig in person, and decided to purchase his suggestion.
We have a 15 year old tub which I didn't think the guys could take out of the garden as the cabinet was wooden and was basically falling to pieces.None of the guys were phased by the this , it was a tough job but they happily got on with it even though it was very hot weather. New hot tub installed and we are delighted with it, high quality product.
Special thanks to Craig at Durham for being so absolutely, unbelievably patient with me and my various phone calls until I get up to speed with everything, you are the jewel in the crown of the Durham branch!!

Well done guys well deserved praise
I contacted Outdoor Living to get a hot tub moved. Geoff contacted me within 24 hrs and went through options and even had details of when it was fitted and how it was installed on file. He sent someone round to survey to ensure everything was the same and arranged a date for the move. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the move. Geoff was understanding and did not charge for any of the survey work etc. He refunded our fees quickly. I would definitely seek to use Outdoor Living and highly recommend them.
Geoff was an absolute pleasure to deal with at the Shrewsbury showroom. Clearly evident that he lives and breathes hot tubs as he could answer every question we threw at him before taking the plunge.
The hot tub itself is brilliant. Very easy to use and maintain (if you read the instructions BLO send you!) I am also shocked at how efficient it is to run. On heavy usage days (heat up and use for a few hours) it costs about £4 a day. We only tend to use it on weekends so it really isn’t as expensive to maintain as we first thought it might be.
The delivery itself was also seamless. 2 guys delivered on the back of a flat bed. And to lift something that weighs 450kg between 2 lads was a spectacle in itself. They were very courteous, very knowledgeable and very tidy! They were also able to give me a thorough overview of set up instructions and get the hot tub ready.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend BLO enough. Sales, installation and aftercare have all been A+
Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience in buying our new Hottub. From Mark who showed us around the showroom and helped with our decision to Jeff who dealt with the purchase. On delivery day Reece & Brooklyn arrived with our new tub and made the processes of the instal totally seamless with there very much nothing is a problem. From making the choice of buying a Hottub to it now being sat in the garden the complete process has been nothing but simple with this fantastic team.
We have recently purchased and took delivery of our new Hot Tub. Better Living Outdoors were exceptional and the installation was faultless. Very happy with our purchase of a Hekla Barrel 210 garden sauna.
Mark, in the Tunbridge Wells office, was very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The delivery date was agreed and the installers worked hard and did a good job. Only minor criticism is that the details of the required foundations should be included in the brochure or more easily searchable on the website.
Great service, my new hot tub cover arrived very quickly, perfect fit and so easy to order with Mark. Super happy customer.
