I’ve tried to refinance with my mortgage company Mr. Cooper in the past and was unsuccessful because they’re a damn mess. Mike Nasr and team was so helpful and patient, he worked diligently to help me get this refinance with the least amount of stress!! If you ever get the chance to work with him, you won’t regret it!!!

Larry was honest, patient, respectful, genuine, and did not bs me or make me feel as if I was just a number, He was extremely transparent and on a genuine real level, it was very nice to be able to let my guard down and just get questions answered without having to second guess or worry if the person was estimable or not. I can say hands down that this is how it should be done and if more companies go in this direction (Hirning good honest people) it would make people be less hesitant or anxious ect to go thru the process and in tern help to improve the economy. More people, putting more money, that they receive from a refinance into the economy, that they would have otherwise not received due to fear of the process and hesitation, created by predatory loan companies in the past. Also if you are on the fence about going with this company or larry as your loan officer, just go with them, you will be treated rite and will be happy with your outcome.
