I’m so pleased and grateful that Brian from B & B Insurance agency recommended this inspection company. Very easy to schedule an appt , the inspector was professional and punctual . Got the inspection report the following day just like they promised , very please with this company and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of their services .
First, I should comment about the Better Choice Inspectors’ attention. I was greatly surprised that from the first phone call the person answering the call was very pleasant and all further communications has been like that. Cliff Cintron, arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the scope of his job. All communications were clear, neat and documented either by phone or email.
The quality of the Inspection is reflected in the comprehensive report supported with pictures and copy of related documents.
The whole project was performed with high professional standards; and, in a personal note, Cliff projects a professional image and the confidence that he really knows what he is doing.
I am very satisfied with the job done and fully recommend Better Choice Inspectors as a professional company.

They came, inspected, provided a report. We vocalized some issues we had and they did their best to work with us. Customer service was great and we felt like they truly did care, would recommend to any first home buyers, would recommend asking more rather than less

Very bad experience. Inspection did not even last a full hour. Usual inspections are 3 hours. Upon closing, noticed many things that were not listed in inspection that we had to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix and this is only day 1 of living in the new house. Shower floods bathroom, dryer vent clogged, very low water pressure in sinks and other shower, broken lock, damaged walls and floors, broken cabinet, loose closet rack, front door weatherstripping needing to be replaced, multiple lights out. Previous occupant was elderly woman. Owner replied this must have all happened within the last month after the inspection or wasn’t part of the inspection. Too many items to be coincidental and pretty poor quality inspection if none of these things were noticed.
