I have been going to this Body Shop for years now with the various cars that I have owned, and each time, they have treated me with such grace and integrity. Christine, Chris and all of the people at that Body Shop are very nice, very caring and will listen to everything that you are concerned about. Also, if you have GEICO, it’s a GEICO express repair shop, so there’s no bouncing from place to place. They have an adjuster on site that helps facilitate the repairs.
I would highly recommend even if you don’t have GEICO, to go to this repair shop. Their work is stellar and you can tell they put a lot of love and care into what they do.

I had a great experience with Better Body Auto Collision. I’ll be honest—I was hesitant at first, but the staff in the front office immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
Chris, who works in the front office, was especially professional. He reassured me that the work would be done properly and handled with care, and he absolutely delivered on that promise.
When I got my van back, I was honestly impressed. The work was done so well and so professionally that it looks like it was never even in an accident. The attention to detail really shows.

This shop is amazing, they did everything that I expected for my BMW X3 to look original again. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and even finished the job ahead of schedule. The staff was professional, honest, and handled the insurance paperwork smoothly. I really appreciated the regular updates and the fact that my car was returned clean, inside and out! And lastly Christie, the lady in the office and who called me to pick up my car was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Just a great experience all the way around.
