Very thankful I found Dave and his crew (especially Chris)!! My job requires me to work 12+ hours a day months at a time and I needed to find a way to have my dog taken care of at some point during the day. Dave and his team have taken excellent care of Shiloh, who can be occasionally excited when it comes to seeing other dogs on a walk. Shiloh is also a big dog and I initially had concerns about finding the right people to take care of him, but Dave and his team melted those worries away. Shiloh has walked with multiple people from the company at this point and all has gone well. They provide extensive reports of the walk, include a map of the walk, and include photos and videos. Everyone seems very friendly and they really care about the dogs. Overall am highly pleased with BDW and will continue to use them throughout my residence here in Bethesda.
EDIT: BDW needs to do a better job at vetting their dog walkers. Most of the team members are great and care about dogs, but some of them do not even care to greet the dogs when they come in and are not enthusiastic/warm(seen via evidence on ring camera). One was even impaired and subsequently eating from my fridge/pantry. I shared this with owner, Dave, and hopefully the team takes action to recruit more passionate and caring walkers, and not those that just see dog walking as a quick cash grab. I have found other walkers in the area since these incidences.
