I will 👎🏽 never go back to this place. Josh, this o’boy had the audacity to raise his voice at me today. He almost got his little feelings hurt—bad. I had issues with an iPhone charger that was purchased there. Called yesterday to give him a heads up. He could have said bring the box in with the charger, he did not. I tried it on 2 boxes and my Macat home—didn’t work so I didnt bring them. He yelled at me for that! Oh no! He’s condescending, rude and unfriendly —I overlooked in the past we all have bad days. He’s generally an unkind person. I have patronized them in the past it’s close and convenient and, never will again. I will encourage friends and family not to either. Be smart spend your money at tech businesses that have kind, friendly and helpful people onboard.

I spoke with Olufemi Sharp on the phone this morning to gain a better understanding of her experience in my shop yesterday afternoon. I am writing this response to outline that phone call in the hopes that if you read this you understand that we disagree with her interpretation of the events but we also acknowledge that technology can be extremely frustrating and how we identify and interact with people who are frustrated is a learning experience. She spoke for several minutes describing her difficulties with technology in general, utilizing our services here in the shop on multiple occasions spending hundreds of dollars, finding our attitude to be less than appealing, seeking help at another local shop and finding their help even worse so returning to us despite her bad experience, offering a psychoanalysis of my employee, giving an implausible account of the interaction after I have reviewed security footage, and then hanging up on me. I don’t know that there was much of anything we could do at this point to rectify the situation but I acknowledge that things could be better and we will work to improve our customer interactions.
This is the place to go for a computer and accessories...period. Great prices, honest friendly owner and staff, professional.
Return visit. The folks are top notch, period! I've gone to them for years and they've never disappointed. Fair, honest and sell you what YOU need. Highly recommend. Return Visit. Bought a refurbished Dell desktop from new owner Albert to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. Great computer, flawless transfer of files to new computer, 100% satisfied.
12/13/24: This is 2nd time since 12/2/24 I needed to replace this cable or that. As before, Josh was super helpful and-ddd reassuring. He is the face of customer deLIGHT which is highest level of customer satisfaction, to my way of thinking.

Business desktop hard drive failed. They were able to recover over 95% of the data. After recovering the data I asked them to build a new computer and transfer the data to an SSD. They built a great computer for the price requested. Incredible experience, highly recommend. They know what they're doing.
Had to have my hard drive replaced in my lapthey put Windows 11 on the laptop, instead of Windows 10 which is what it came with now. I can't use my finger identification finger. Print identification to get in my computer and Dell does not support Windows 11 on that laptop.

Hi Dennis. I can see that we did do some service on your laptop, replacing the hard drive with an SSD and copying your data over. However none of the concerns you've brought up here were conveyed to us at the shop. We are happy to get you back to Windows 10 if you prefer and ensure that your fingerprint scanner is working. Please come see us or give us a call. These are things that can absolutely be corrected as part of your original service.
I’ve been with BE Tek now for just over three years. They were recommended to me by a friend. This company for me has been a Godsend. Extremely knowledgeable and can help over the phone with easy stuff and repairs are quick and reasonable. I’ve purchased four computers from them two for myself and two for family members. No issues in the refurbished sector at all.
