Just to be fair, there was a bit of prep work before wallpaper was installed in one area near the ceiling, where it was damaged by an older leak. After that the remaining work went well. Throughout the project corners and pattern alignments were attended to by the installer. The results are acceptable and uniform.
I selected this company for a wallpaper installation project in my home based on the reviews it had received. Contrary to the positive reviews, my experience was very disappointing. First, their bid was the highest I received to complete the project. I went with it based on their reviews, availability, and quote to first prime the walls with Roman primer. The installer who showed up to do the work was not the person I contracted with on the phone. The installer spoke no English making it very difficult to communicate. I asked the installer about the primer and received a blank look. During the installation, he applied a single coat of adhesive to the walls. Apparently they were not primed first. I anticipated the job would take the entire day based on the contracted price. He completed the job in just over three hours. The installation was subpar in several areas with visible seams, bubbles, scratches, misalignment, and glue left all over my doors. I discussed my disappointment with the contractor. The installer returned to correct a couple of areas but it still looks shoddy. After only 10 days, the wallpaper is already pulling out from the wall in one area. I will likely now have to rip the wallpaper out and start all over. Extremely disappointing and distressing!
