Great service, Nathan is very knowledgeable and friendly but above all professional. Nothing is to much trouble to explain. The timescale from quote to job was very quick and the actual time on site was brilliant. His team turned up before time and worked without breaks to complete the job on time as promised. A very couple of minor snags were addressed without delay and resolved instantly. The site was left clean and tidy too! Thank you Nathan and your team! Nathan will probably be on our Christmas card list now..

I would like to say a big thank you to Nathan and his team for sorting my parents roof out. They don’t do Google reviews so I’m writing on their behalf. After an initial call, he immediately made an appointment to come round. He was very pleasant and had a thorough look at the roof and pretty much suggested the problem we expected to hear. Some of the roofers we called didn’t even look and were quoting over the phone. His since been and completed the roof brilliantly and Hooray no more water coming in. My parents are very grateful for your work and courtesy. Thank you Jean and Jim Bywaters.

We used Best Rated Roofers to repair two conservatory leaks, one porch leak and to put a felt capping over the edge of our garage roof as this had fallen away over time. Since using them, we still have two leaks in the conservatory and our garage roof (which was dry before) started leaking profusely. We called Best Rated Roofers to say the conservatory was still leaking and they came straight out. When they were here, I also pointed out the garage roof. At this visit they 'repaired' the conservatory roof (it still leaked after) and said they would return to fix the garage roof, then disappeared - won't answer our calls, texts or Google Messages. We paid them over £1500, it made the problem worse and we have had to have the garage roof redone at a considerable expense. All the roofers we have had since to quote for the garage roof said that it was faulty workmanship and very poorly done. Please think twice before using this company!

Nathan and his guys were on time, professional and did an excellent job repairing my roof. Nathan came to my home on his day off and assessed the work, fitted me in to his busy schedule and was communicative throughout the entire process. He even called after the work was done to see if we'd had any leaks due to the heavy rainfall (we didn't). Quality outfit. Highly recommend.
