Filip, Ivelin and the team kept me informed throughout the process of my move from London to Brighton, were upfront about any additional charges and how to minimise these. All of my stuff were handled with care and dismantled/assembled as they originally were. Very friendly and caring team who you can trust. Will definitely be using them again for my next move. Absolutely incredible service, the team was polite and considerate, they wore shoe coverings and carefully packed up our entire house, disassembled our furniture and really took great care of our belongings. When we got to our new home they reassembled furniture and unloaded the boxes into the designated rooms! Best London Removals helped me move properties across London a year ago and I was so impressed that I did not hesitate to book them again for my relocation earlier this month. Consistent with my previous experience, the team was professional, efficient and personable. I was very impressed that they read and followed the instructions I wrote on some of the packing boxes and also that they asked me where I wanted every large item of furniture to be positioned in each room. My friend thought the level of care and attention I received was because I had opted for an enhanced service. They were both surprised and impressed when I explained this was their standard universal service. I have moved home a lot over the years and Best London Removals are the best removals company I have experienced without a doubt. I would definitely recommend them.
