I would give 5000 stars if I could! Our dogs haven’t been left much so this was a new experience for them and it has been amazing! Jeremy and his family are the best! One of our dogs is terrified of storms and caused some damage and they took such good care of her. We are so blessed to have found this place and such caring people. Also it’s soooooo clean and the grounds are so pretty. There is so much for the dogs to do, I can’t say enough about how great this place is! If you need a fun, safe, clean place for your pet this is the place!

Bestland was amazing!!! The rooms were clean, cool, and safe. Tons of outdoor running area and are pups are grouped by size and mannerisms. They got so much love and attention. We will definitely be going back. Grooming was excellent for both of my babies.

We had a phenomenal experience boarding our Beagle, Scout, with Bestland! We had a vacation trip planned but found our usual boarding facility was fully booked on the days we needed so we began a somewhat last minute search and were recommended to Bestland by a friend. Jeremy was excellent to work with from the first contact. He was very accommodating to setup a meet and greet just a couple days before we were planning to leave. The meet and greet is great so that not only were we able to meet Jeremy and see the facility where our buddy would be staying, but Jeremy likes to take this opportunity to meet and intereact with your dog as well. This way he can learn a bit about their personality. And I previously said facility but that word is bit of a disservice, aptly named as a Pet Resort. Resort is definitely the right word. I saw pictures online before going but they definitely do not do it justice. The area is huge! Multiple fenced in areas for the dogs to run and play. Ample furniture to lounge on, shade to lay in, and playground to play on. Inside is just as nice. Individual kennels that are plenty large enough for your dog to rest in at night, climate controlled for those hot or cold days. But the cool thing is even with these spacious kennels, your dog will spend most the day out playing with the other dogs. This Resort likes to keep things as cagefree as possible. Which is pretty unique, most places keep the dogs in the kennel and let them out for brief bathroom/play breaks. But here your dog is out having fun and then has a nice place to rest at the end of the day. With so many dogs being out mingling, a concern might be what if a dog doesn't get along with another. Jeremy and his family are onsite and around when the dogs are out, so they are always being monitored. But when a new dogs comes in he makes sure to slowly introduce the dogs to make sure everyone plays nice. And there are separate areas for smaller or bigger dogs to help with size differences. Overall Bestland is the best place to bring your dog for a long stay or just a day. As soon as I picked up Scout after our trip I could tell he had a blast. Jeremy and his family are lovely people and you can tell they really care about what they are doing. If you're local, don't hesitate and if you're a little farther out, its definitely worth it to bring your buddy here for a great, stress-free time!

Miss Josie, my standard Australian Shepherd, spent her first day of daycare at BESTLAND! She will be staying overnight next month. Jeremy and his team have thought of everything possible to make your fur baby happy. The HUGE barkground (many different areas) has lots of fun things for them to play with and around. The individual kennels for overnight stays are a good size and air-conditoned. They provide water everywhere for your thirsty pooch after playing with their new friends. In the rest area, the fans are HUGE to ensure your baby stays cool and comfy. Miss Josie is excited about her next daycare day at BESTLAND! They will treat your fur baby like a ROCKSTAR! We were initially a bit hesitant since we live in Cumming and the facility is quite a drive for us. However, having worked with Jeremy in the past, we had complete trust in him and his family. Luca stayed there for over 20 days while we were out of the country, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The level of care and attention he received was exceptional. He came home calm, relaxed, and happy. We also had him groomed during his stay, and he looked great when we picked him up. Jeremy was also kind enough to share some helpful tips and advice for Luca, which we truly appreciated. Although it’s a bit of a drive from Cumming, the peace of mind and quality of care made it absolutely worth it. We would gladly make the trip again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and professional place to board their pet.

We live in Rome, GA and heard about Bestland. We toured the property. It is really a really nice place for the dogs. Lots of space and toy areas for your dog to interact with. The property is just gorgeous. Very spacious and bright. We came back the next week to try grooming and I believe this is the best cut our dog has ever had. The owner and staff are very nice and personable, great with the dogs. I highly recommend this facility for doggie daycare, boarding and grooming. It’s great!

First time of dog boarding for my German Shepherd and Blue Heeler mix She was hyper and 1 year old. I was on vacation. Can't go she is. I found out online and hope she feels free for her. She had a 4-night stay and loved it. So much she slept for 4 days after. I have never been boardend and I was surprised that she did well. She is lying on the floor and calm. I kept texting Jeremy while I was gone for her and checked on my dog to see if anything was well. And he is reply me doing well for her. I’m very happy for her she feels free and plays around another dog. But sometime happen tourble. I really want to thank Jeremy for being so kind to text check on and work hard to take care of her and another dog. You all at Bestland Dog Boarding come by friendly and running around to play. To daycare, grooming, and boarding.

This place is amazing. We have 2 big dogs and they were so well taken cared of. Jeremy really cares and we love that he provided a safe space for our dogs while we took a vacation. This place is very well kept, super fun and each area is designed to have fun things for the dogs to do. Loved it. We will definitely be bringing our dogs back. We are located in Euharlee and this is in Rome, so it’s about 15 minutes from our home.

Our dog Millie had a wonderful time during her stay at Bestland. Jeremy and everyone at Bestland was very responsive while she was boarded and kept us updated and answered any questions we had. Every dog we seen Millie socializing with looked like they were having a great time as well and very well taken care of. The facility itself is magnificent. It has endless options for the dogs to interact and play all day. She received a bath during her stay as well and came home smelling great. We definitely recommend and will be going back!
