My two French bulldogs get excited as soon as we pull into the driveway of Best Friends Pet Hotel. They attend dog daycare and can't wait to play. We also use the grooming services. The staff is very friendly and cares about your pets and know their names. I would highly recommend them!

Dog grooming: with all the paperwork needed in this state the front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. My dog looks so good and smells so nice. They did a fabulous job!

Best Friends Pet Hotel of Sudbury is clean, spacious, and staffed by some of the warmest, most attentive people around. I regularly bring my dog for day camp and occasional boarding, and the experience has consistently been great. As a Chow Chow, my dog is aloof and independent by temperament, so winning her over is no small feat. The staff have been incredibly patient and attentive with her, and over time she's genuinely warmed up to them. That alone says a lot. If you're looking for a reliable, caring place for dog daycare or boarding in the Sudbury area, I highly recommend this location!

A warm and friendly atmosphere for our dog. The people there know how to comfort our pet and are willing to spend extra time with her. I feel our dog is safe and happy especially with the daily play groups. She is bathed and nails trimmed when we pick her up! Very convenient also l know people who work and drop their pets off for the day because of the social interaction.. l believe twice a day!

This was our first time boarding our cat, so we were a little nervous. The staff was nice, and the check-in/pick-up process went smoothly. One thing that was disappointing was that we were told we’d receive updates and pictures while he was there, but we didn’t get any. Since it was our first time leaving him somewhere, we were really looking forward to that. The add-ons were also a little pricey. Overall it was a good experience, but getting those updates would have made us feel a lot better during our trip!
