My puppers bandit had the best time there. We did a 5 day boarding and he also drops in for the doggie day care! I love that he is well taken care of while I go to work and and do my errands.

My dog has been coming here for about 7 years. She gets so excited to come to Play camp! Today, Christine gave me some really helpful and useful tips for my dog that will truly help me. I am very grateful. Anna always grooms Jenny perfectly, and all of the staff have always treated us like family. They are animal lovers and are friendly with the humans too!

We will only take our kitty, Pancake, to Best Friends in Cinnaminson for boarding and nail trims. All of the staff is amazing!!
Our kitty had a very traumatic experience with her first nail trim at another business. Then we found Anna and Pancake is a happy girl now!! Along with the nail trim, Anna always cleans her ears and surprised us with the cutest bow on her head 😊
I highly recommend Best Friends in Cinnaminson for all the other fur babies out there!

The ladies at the Best Friends Pet Hotel are truly wonderful! Not only did they take care of my dog and cat but they loved them too! Would wholeheartedly recommend them for both cat and dog boarding. I was always secure in knowing my fur babies were safe. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Friends Cinnaminson location due to an incredibly rude manager Christine. When I inquired about availability, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and poor customer service, with no effort made to accommodate or even politely explain the lack of occupancy.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the stark contrast to the West Berlin location. The employees there were welcoming, professional, and more than happy to have our dogs come stay with them even with a last minute walk in reservation. It’s clear that customer care and friendliness are not consistent across locations.
Because of this experience, I will be taking my business to the West Berlin location moving forward, where both I and my dogs feel genuinely welcomed.

My dog has been getting groomed by Anna forever! I can't even think of all the years that I have been going. I even moved to Phillie for 5 years and still drove over the Betsy for him to see Anna! Great grooming place! I highly recommend.

Nice clean place for any pet to stay and, or, great groomed they are the best.... anna takes real good care omy dog rusty he is 17 years old and she is gentle with him. I hope she stays there until I do not have him anymore. Care about his health if she sees anything wrong with him she let's me know. Anna is better then my vet for sure. She is great RUSTY forever
