37 years with the practice and we are unceremoniously dumped with a phone call and a scheduled cleaning for my child 12 days out is canceled because the new doctor doesn’t take our insurance and the prior owner who is still working there supposedly needs to follow the new policy with no transition period. They couldn’t even give us a list of alternative providers who take our insurance.
I’ve recommended this practice to several dozen people over the years. I no longer do.
So much for customer loyalty!
