Called around and found this clinic to be on the more affordable side for costs of procedures and was not disappointed in the quality of care and how nice everyone was. I recommend them to people all the time.
Dr. Dan and the team are thorough and calm. Dr. Dan doesn't pressure you into decisions about procedures (e.g., fillings vs. a crown) but gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision. I actually look forward to seeing them twice a year. :)
I have been coming to McKinney Dental for years. I went in for a cleaning. They were on time as usual. Staff is always very welcoming and pleasant. My cleaning was pain free and my hygienist got me in and out in no time.

We switched to McKinney because a neighbor (and retired dental hygienist) recommended them when we were looking for a place closer to our home. At first I went on my own and was very happy with the care. Since then our young child has started going to the dentist and they do an AMAZING JOB, even with little ones! Our daughter is excited to go to the dentist, is greeted with smiling faces and people who want to interact with her and give her jobs or coloring to do while I’m in my appointment. She is growing up with such a positive experience, very different from my own early years at the dentist’s office! Thank you all for making this such a wonderful introduction for her!!

My teeth were cleaned well. Patty took the time and paid attention to areas that needed work and was very detailed. I started seeing Dr. McKinney Sr. When I was a child back in 1976. I have enjoyed going there. I’m always welcomed.. Dr. Dan is competent and friendly.

I have been going to McKinney Dental for 8 years (since 2018). Dr. McKinney is an excellent dentist. I have gotten several crowns from Dr Dan that were absolutely perfect, in addition to fillings and regular check ups. He does not pressure me to have unnecessary procedures done. Another big bonus is the dental hygienist, Patti. She is wonderful. She explains everything to me in detail. I enjoy going in for checkups. McKinney Dental is a small personable dental office where all the staff treat me well. It is not impersonal like some of the larger dental offices. Dr. Dan is precise, skilled and meticulous. I highly recommend McKinney Dental.
