My appointment was to see if I was eligible for implants, something I was eager to get. I was treated so kind and very professional, from the beginning to the end. Everything about the procedure, the recovery, and details of anything else I would need to know was clearly explained to me. When I left, the staff had made me feel adequately informed. After much consideration I came to the realization I could not follow through with the dream of having the procedure done. When I called them to tell them I was going to have to cancel my commitment with them, they were just as kind and professional as they were when I was planning to have the procedure done. I have a great deal of respect for the doctors and staff. I hate that I had to cancel but if I should have a change, Dr Morton and staff is who I will come to.
